Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post or UPS with tracking and and may require a signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to save shipping costs, and because we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. Shipping fees will apply to each separate order.

Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.

Sorry, we do not accept product returns unless you receive an item that is significantly different than what you ordered. You will need to contact us prior to returning your item and you will need to tell us in detail about the issue, send a photograph and short video to support your claim.  We will assess the issue. If we decide to accept the return, we will send you a Return Goods Authorization number.  If you make a return without following this process, it will be denied and we will deem that you chose to return the product without refund.

When we ship our products across international borders we understand there are trade laws and other rules and regulations that may apply to your country and its border crossings. While we include all typically required documentation with your purchase, we cannot predetermine whether the laws of your country will allow the product to enter.  It is the your responsibility to determine this legality prior to purchase.  We will not refund purchases resulting from conditions causing loss due to any legal provisions of your country.

We also cannot alter our invoice documentation to list the merchandise as a gift or sample, nor will we alter the price to be lower for fee and tax avoidance.  These are fraudulent and illegal acts which we will not participate in for any reason.  You will be responsible for all fees, duties, taxes or brokerage charges levied by your government or the shipping service.
